Sputtering Cherokee Wilson School project still a go

The City, Cherokee Historical Preservation Commission, developer Shawn Foutch, and prospective apartment dwellers have had their hopes up since early November 2021 when informed that Part 1 of the necessary funding to begin renovation of the historic Wilson School Building into an apartment complex was finally approved.
