Texas shutdown impacts local gas prices

Iowa gas prices have risen 15.1 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.60 to start the week. Local prices jumped at a slightly slower pace. Most Storm Lake stations were at $2.59 early this week, up from $2.49 a week earlier.
