Storm Lake Police Department received a report March 22 of an alleged physical assault of 12 year old child at a residence in Storm Lake. Police responded to the residence and took into custody a male subject identified as Ka Toe, age 38 of Storm Lake. Following an investigation police allege that Toe had inappropriately touched a child in a sexual manner. Toe was charged with Indecent Contact with a Child and Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse. Toe was jailed on a $4,000 bond... -
