Wide variation in gas prices

Iowa gas prices have risen 2.2 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.37 to start the week. Gas prices in Iowa are 25.9 cents per gallon higher than a month ago, yet stand 15.4 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
