CARROLL - It was a battle of two-loss teams in the 1A-Substate 8 final on Tuesday night. Both Exira-EHK and Sioux Central entered the final game before State looking to keep their losses at two. Through the 2018-19 season, the Rebels hadn’t come away with a loss against a fellow 1A school.
