The Buena Vista County Board of Supervisors agreed to purchase county attorney Dave Patton's office in a closed session Tuesday. After a few weeks of consideration, the supervisors negotiated the price of the building to $150,000, down from Patton's asking price of $160,000 based on a commercial appraisal. EARLY/SIOUX CITY - It was a first for the Ridge View boys in the 2018 season as they were able to pick up their first shut out on Thursday night, taking a 3-0 contest over East Sac County.
