County buys Patton's office

The Buena Vista County Board of Supervisors agreed to purchase county attorney Dave Patton's office in a closed session Tuesday. After a few weeks of consideration, the supervisors negotiated the price of the building to $150,000, down from Patton's asking price of $160,000 based on a commercial appraisal.
