TRESSPASS On the afternoon of Sunday, March 18, at approximately 5 p.m. the Storm Lake Police Department was dispatched to 204 Roberts Street in reference to an attempted trespass. Upon arrival police were advised by the reporting party that a person identified as Manuel Negrete Vaca, age 22 of Storm Lake had allegedly attempted to enter the reporting party’s residence but had fled prior to the arrival of police.
