Responding officers were advised that a motorist had struck a parked vehicle. While at the residence police observed a wanted person. Police arrested Albert Quintana, age 24 of Storm Lake who was wanted out of Buena Vista County on a warrant for Contempt of Court. Quintana was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a $500 bond.
