Iowa gas prices have risen 2 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.46 - 1.1 cents per gallon higher than a month ago, yet 11.4 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. After a recent spike to above state average, Storm Lake pump prices were stable, settled in at $2.41 at most stations at midweek.
