SL man to prison for 6 years in child porn case

A Storm Lake man has been sentenced to six years in federal prison for receiving child pornography. James Gailey, 49, was sentenced August 9 after pleading guilty to one count of child pornography in March. At the plea hearing, Gailey admitted to using Dropbox accounts in October 2017 and January 2018 to receive child pornography. Gailey admittedly received images and videos of sexual abuse or exploitation of victims as young as infants or toddlers. ...
