On the morning of Sunday, April 28, at approximately 9:06 a.m. a Storm Lake Police Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1100 block of Seneca Street for a traffic violation. Upon contacting the driver identified as Jared Grow, age 41 of Newell, IA police allege that Grow’s driver’s license had been revoked by the State of Iowa.
