On the morning of Sunday, April 28, at approximately 9:06 a.m. a Storm Lake Police Officer stopped a vehicle in the 1100 block of Seneca Street for a traffic violation. Upon contacting the driver identified as Jared Grow, age 41 of Newell, IA police allege that Grow’s driver’s license had been revoked by the State of Iowa. Police took Grow into custody and allege they observed and seized a loaded .45 cal. handgun from near the driver’s seat... -
