A Storm Lake man has been arrested for threatening to kill a convenience store clerk over an order of takeout chicken. Police were called to Midtown Sunday afternoon for a reported death threat. Witnesses reported that Ruzamna Loanis, age 50, engaged in a disagreement with the clerk over his order and made the threat, fleeing before officers arrived...

Justin Albright, of Sioux City, was taken into custody in the 1200 block of West Seventh Street in Spencer.
