GALVA - It was a hard fought game on Friday night between River Valley and Ridge View, but only one team could come out as the victor. It took nine innings as Ridge View was able to take a 5-4 win, their sixth of the year. MANSON/HOLSTEIN - The Warrior boys had a tough two day stretch with three games spread over Friday night and Saturday. In the end they were able to walk away with two wins and only one loss, improving their record to 12-2 on the year. ALTA/MANSON - The first two innings was all the Alta-Aurelia team needed on Thursday night in a non-conference contest against Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn, taking a 11-0 victory in five innings. CHEROKEE - It was only a seven inning game on Friday night between Storm Lake and Cherokee but it took nearly three hours to complete. The green and white used three pitchers and a big sixth inning to rally past Cherokee, 12-8 for the 10th Tornado win on the year...

STORM LAKE/CHEROKEE - Thursday night saw Storm Lake again jump out to a big lead and they were able to seize control of the game, ending it in five innings against Sioux Central, the score being 12-2. After a scoreless first inning, Storm Lake got going in the bottom of the second, plating three runs and they added three more in the bottom of the third, going up 6-0. ...
