Spencer man charged after fleeing into home

The Spencer Police Department arrested 37-year-old Daniel Alan Lopez after attempting to serve him with an arrest warrant in front of his residence at 22 W. First St. Lopez refused to stop for officers and fled back inside his residence. Law enforcement pursued Lopez who secured his home in an attempt to avoid apprehension.
