On the evening of Saturday, April 14, at approximately 9:37 p.m. the Storm Lake Police Department was dispatched to 315 Hudson Street in reference to a vehicle which had lost control, driven up in a yard and was stuck in snow. Responding officers were advised that the driver of the vehicle allegedly fled from the vehicle on foot westbound.
