Goat patrol returns to Storm Lake this spring

Storm Lake city officials have decided to bring back The Hungry Herd. The goats were brought in two years ago to graze areas overgrown with problem vegetation. This coming season, 40 adult goats will be provided to clean up areas of the lakeshore.
