Alta community library upcoming events for December

Crafts and coffee for adults:

Come visit the Alta Community Library every Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. and enjoy a relaxing creative time. Bring any crafts with you (knitting, crochet, cross stitch, scrapbook, etc.). Trade patterns and tips with each other as you craft or color. Listen/watch an author talk with free coffee and coloring supplies provided. newly added: Come work on our community puzzle.

Tour of trees and Santa:

The Alta Community Library Tour of Trees will coincide with the Alta Hometown Christmas Festivities on Sunday, December 2 from 1 - 3 p.m. There will be door prizes, refreshments and pictures with Santa.

Toccle Time:

Toddle Time will meet on Friday mornings at 10:30 a.m., for children ages 5 and under. All daycares and caregivers are welcome.

Movie Night:

The Alta Community Library will be presenting the movie “Christopher Robin” on Monday, December 17 at 4 p.m.

Kid’s STEM creation stations – come and go:

Children are invited to the library to visit our STEM Creation Stations all day any day. They are welcome on early dismissal afternoon of December 12 and any day during Christmas vacation.
