Carols, delicious food, and Beaver friendship surrounded the All-Campus Christmas Dinner on Nov. 30.

The holiday feast was enjoyed by BVU students and delivered with white-glove service by members of the university faculty, staff, and administration.

The evening began with opening remarks from Rosie Russell, president of Student Senate; and Jacob Staudt, vice president of Student Senate who told the history of the Christmas Dinner tradition. It was the first Christmas Dinner for President Joshua D. Merchant, who also greeted the students.

The evening offered a festive environment for the students and those serving the meal, with laughter and a variety of conversations taking place during the meal of roast turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing and green beans.

At the end of the festivities, the students, dressed in their holiday best, gathered with beloved mascot Buford T. Beaver for photos to capture the evening’s memories.
