SERVPRO of Spencer and Iowa Great Lakes, a premier cleanup and restoration company, is recognizing its one year anniversary in the local business community under new ownership.

“It’s exciting to be a part of the local community and celebrate this milestone. We take pride in being able to offer customers professional cleanup and restoration services,” said Lathe Toft, co-owner of SERVPRO® of Spencer and Iowa Great Lakes in Spencer. “We look forward to continuing our service in Northwest Iowa and Southern Minnesota.”

Lathe Toft and Ryan Brooks took over ownership in November of 2016 after Doug Corcoran expressed his interest to retire after serving the region for 41 years. The co-owners also purchased the Estherville franchise when previous owner Randy Colsrud also planned his retirement. Business partners Toft and Brooks combined the two franchises establishing their headquarters in Spencer, Iowa.

“SERVPRO is dedicated to the growth and development of the people and our Franchise locations. This milestone is a tribute to the hard work and effort of everyone at SERVPRO of Spencer and Iowa Great Lakes. We are proud of them for reaching this accomplishment,” said Rick Isaacson, executive vice president of Servpro Industries, Inc.

SERVPRO clients include insurance companies seeking superior and timely restoration services, as well as commercial and residential property owners who require routine cleaning services. With more than 40 years of experience, the SERVPRO System’s time-tested techniques and proprietary cleaning products have earned SERVPRO Franchises a spot as a national leader in the restoration and cleaning industry.

SERVPRO of Spencer and Iowa Great Lakes provides cleanup and restoration services following a fire, water or even mold-related damage. Additional services offered include: cleaning and restoration of specialty services, such as HVAC duct systems; building exteriors; electronic equipment, including computers, and documents that have sustained water damage.
