Bread-making workshop planned for Cherokee Extension
CHEROKEE – Iowa State University (ISU) Extension and Outreach will host a bread making lunch and learn on Oct. 5 from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Cherokee County Extension and Outreach office.
The workshop will be led by Eva Henderson, and feature a demonstration of her making and baking bread.
“Eva is a popular and well-known local baker,” Mary Tuttle, Cherokee County Program Coordinator with ISU Extension and Outreach, said.
“We invite any bakers who want to brush up on their skills or bread making novices who want to develop a new skill.
“All are welcome to come, smell and taste the wonders of bread making.”
