The City of Storm Lake is currently working with three developers who wish to apply for federal tax credits to create close to 100 new multifamily housing units. Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership has created several tax credit housing projects across Minnesota, including New Castle Townhomes in Worthington, Minn.
