Where's the bill?

When I was in business and things got tough, no one came to my rescue nor did the tax payers pay 60% percent of any insurance I carried! Business got slow, jobs dried up and I had to get a job for which I make 23% less than the state wide average for the industry.

So my question is, where is my farm bill?
