Tornadoes dropped by Sioux City North, 7-0

ELK POINT, SD - The Storm Lake baseball team saw their record dip to 8-8 on the year Friday night as they dropped a 7-0 decision at Sioux City North.

The Stars brought four across in the fourth, one in the fifth, and two in the sixth, all while holding Storm Lake to just three hits on the night.

Aaron Krier, Trey O'Brien and Blake Overmohle had one hit apiece for the green and white.

Nic Seaman took the loss on the mound as he gave up three earned runs in six innings of work. He walked five and struck out four on the night.

The Tornadoes are on the road all week as the visit Algona Tuesday, LeMars Wednesday and Estherville-Lincoln Central on Friday.
