The Alta Kiwanis met Tuesday, May 22 at Wel-Life.
There was no guest speaker.
Baseball-softball ticket taking began Monday night. The home games continue this week.
The three Kiwanis scholarship recipients are Kerstin Tuttle, Jill Buckendahl, and Kelsey Brake. Each student received $400 from the joint scholarship fund from Alta and Aurelia Kiwanis Clubs.
Hoby Leadership camp recipient is Chayce Glienke. She will receive $250.
Discussion was held on a possible fund-raiser to benefit the Alta City
Swimming Pool in September. More on this later.
They are still looking for someone to fill president-elect position and new members are being recruited.
