Carroll Kuemper and East Sac County claimed the two team berths with collective scores of 315 and 327, respectively. Kuemper had the three lowest rounds of the day as Brian Schreck carded a 76, Tanner Ludwig a 77 and Matt Gute a 78. Josh Sapp added an 84.
East Sac received an 80 from Zach Mason, 81's from Justin Kraft and Alex Green and an 85 from Brady Haye.
Holton finished in a three-way tie for the fourth and final individual qualifier spot with Mason and South O'Brien's Shaan Desai.
South O'Brien finished third in the team race at 334, Unity Christian was fourth at 350, Alta-Aurelia fifth at 352, Western Christian sixth at 355, Clarion-Goldfield seventh at 359 and Eagle Grove eighth at 361.
After Holton's 80, Spencer Bezoni and Nick Radke followed with 90's, Colton Ballantyne had a 91, Kale Nelson a 95 and Jeremiah Ruby a 97.
Making up the Class 2A field will be PCM, Monroe (327), South Hamilton (335), North Cedar (334), Columbus Community (339), Columbus Catholic (312), Jesup (319), Kuemper Catholic and East Sac.
Individuals making the cut were Clarinda's Kramer Samuelson (79), Notre Dame Burlington's Taka Maedomari (73), Iowa City Regina's Grant Hogan (77), Denver's Blaine Buhr (77) and Chase Shedenhelm (76), Holton and Desai.
Rounds begin Friday at 12PM at the Spring Valley Golf Course in Livermore. The second round will be at 8AM Saturday.
