Dressed in her unique 1950s costume, Penelope will twist balloons into most anything imaginable. She will be at the Bandshell in Sunrise Park from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, July 3 alongside the bandshell entertainment and car show -- bring a lawn chair.
She will also be found from 1-5 p.m. at Sleepy Hollow in Chautauqua Park Wednesday, July 4 to entertain crowds with her creations.
Penelope and all entertainment during the Star Spangled Spectacular are free and open to the public. The event is sponsored through private donations to the Star Spangled Spectacular fund drive.
