Rechol N. Rambang, age 41, of Storm Lake, died Friday, March 25, 2011.

Funeral services will be Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Lakeside Presbyterian Church in Storm Lake. Burial will be in the Storm Lake Cemetery in Storm Lake. Memorials may be made to the Lakeside Presbyterian Church in the Liech family name. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake is in charge of the arrangements.

Rechol Nyantham Rambang was born Jan. 1, 1970 the daughter of Rambang Choul and Rebecca Nyabouth Deng in Sudan. She was baptized in Wulang, Sudan.

On May 25, 1985, Rechol was united in marriage to Jacob Tut Liech in Sudan. Together, they were blessed with seven children: Mary Nyandow Tut, Isaac Nyal Tut, John Buay Tut, Moses Liech Tut, Nyagua Tut, Nyakim Tut, and Nyachudear Tut.

Rechol was a member of the Women's Lou Nuer Community and the Sudanese Nuer Choir. She enjoyed traveling to Ethiopia to visit her mother.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Jacob Liech of Storm Lake; children: Mary Nyandow Tut; Isaac Nyal Tut; John Buay Tut; Moses Liech Tut; Nyagua Tut; Nyakim Tut; Nyachudear Tut all of Storm Lake; her mother, Nyathim of Gumbella, Ethiopia; sister, Nyaneed of Akoba, Sudan; extended family and many friends.
