Payne charged with parole violation as officers find animated child porn

Feminist activist Kyle Payne, a former residence advisor at Buena Vista University, has been arrested for violating his parole from a 2008 case in which he admitted entering a student's dormitory room, partially removing her clothing as she was passed out on a bed, and videotaping himself touching her in a sexual manner.

After Payne told a counselor that he was continuing to use pornography, a police officer and two parole officers went to his apartment in Sioux City August 12 to examine his computer. His parole agreement required that Payne submit to such searches.

They found over 200 animated images of child pornography on the machine, and when questioned, Payne reportedly admitted that they might recover photographic images of actual child sex acts from his hard drive. Officers found software intended to "scrub" computer files to prevent them from being discovered. Payne had reportedly also downloaded child pornography onto his BVU student drive prior to his initial arrest.

Well, I wonder what BV County Attorney thinks now? A little late, I'd say. I just hope noone else was his victim in the interim. BVU got off pretty easy, too!

Well finally.. There is an old saying "Third Times a Charm". Well he hit the magic karma number. First child porn on his computer in 2008 and a guilty plea of touching and videotaping himself with a college student who was unaware of the act. Now on parole he has been caught with more child porn. Hopefully it will mean a trip to prison not a counselor's office and a filled out sex offender registration form.

Well it did not take long for it to happen again, I knew it wouldn't. Maybe he will finally get what he should have gotten the first time and be put on a sexual offender's list so the chances of his having more victims is reduced. Thanks to the Pilot Tribune for keeping us informed on this frightening young man.

I was a student at BVU when Kyle was an RA. He loved to write people up and act like he was good and moral. He majored in Women's Studies and always wanted to lecture people about doing the right thing. Turns out he was the one that people should have been concerned about. What a creep. People like Kyle Payne will NEVER change. Hopefully he gets a stricter punishment this time. I wish that he would end up in prison so that he could find out what its like to be touched against your will.
