Author Mark Cahill presents 'How to Share Your Faith' at Summit Church March 14

Friday, February 19, 2010
"What I love to do most," says popular conference speaker and author Mark Cahill, "is to share my faith." He brings that passion to his audiences, his books, and his everyday life. And he will help equip and encourage you to share your faith in Christ with others.

Cahill will speak on Sunday, March 14 at Summit Church in Alta, at both 8:30 and 11 a.m. worship celebrations. Area youth groups are also invited to a "pizza party" at 5 p.m. (please RSVP with $5 per person to 712-200-2200).

At 6 p.m. he will present a practical evangelism seminar for junior high, senior high, college-age, and adults. Cahill will share God's heart for all people, and how to effectively share faith in Jesus Christ with people in everyday situations. The public is invited, and a free-will offering will be taken.

Cahill is the author of the popular books "One Thing You Can't Do in Heaven" and "One Heartbeat Away" and the new DVD "Two Reasons You Are Here."

Over the past 12 years, many people have responded to Mark's talks by saying they finally feel equipped to share their faith in Jesus Christ. "The most exciting thing is they actually go and do it," says Cahill.

Audiences report "our students were riveted with Mark's presentation"... "this was a transformational event for our church"... "exceeded our high expectations"... "he has intensity and passion for his message"... "students and adults were inspired to be more vocal with sharing their faith"...

Cahill's life experiences help him connect with audiences of all ages. He is a graduate of Auburn University, where he played basketball with teammate Charles Barkley, and was an honorable mention academic all-American his senior year. For more information, see www.MarkCahill.org

Summit Church is located at 1000 South Main Street in Alta.
