Driver's Ed fee increases

The Alta School Board approved a $5 increase for students participating in driver's education classes for this year.

Cost of the classes will now be $215.

"It has always been our goal to make this program self-supporting," said Supt. Dr. Fred Maharry. He told the board that the slight increase is all that will be needed to make that happen this year.

There are 45 students signed up to participate.
