Stevicks performs in recital at Morningside

SIOUX CITY - Morningside College sophomore Jaimie Stevicks, daughter of B.J. and Susan Stevicks of Alta, performed in a vocal recital on Tuesday, Nov. 17, at Morningside in Eppley Auditorium.

Stevicks is a 2008 graduate of Alta Junior-Senior High School.

The recital's theme, "We Are the World: The Voices of our Heritage," centered on songs that reflect each singer's heritage. This event is being produced and prepared by the voice studios in the Morningside music department.

The nationalities being represented during this musical event were the United States, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Sweden.
