Area students to present stage performances, part two

The Schaller-Crestland High School students will be performing the musical "Annie Jr." The production is under the direction of Jo Vetter and Kim Medick will be directing the musical which is a condensed version of the musical Annie.

Jessica Griggs will be playing Annie. The orphans in the play consist of: Elizabeth Feilmeier, Chelsea Clayton, Staci Hansen, Kayla Ronfeldt, Lyndsay Naberhaus, Callie Hoffman, Susie Collier, Roxanne Grundmeier, and Katie Kestel. Miss Hannigan is played by Sydney Shell, while Kara Franken has taken on two roles as Mrs. Bundles and Mrs. Pugh.

Amber Pelsor will be the apple seller in the musical. The dog catcher and sound effects man will be played by Nate Myrice. Michael Davidson will be playing the roles of Sandy and President Roosevelt while Trevor Irwin received the roles of Lt. Ward.

Grace will be played by Kelsey Davidson. Evan Jepsen will be Drake. Cecille will be played by Susie Collier and Annette will be played by Jordan Woodke. Katie Kestel received the role of Mrs. Greer. Jodi Miller is Nellie, and Andrea Zimmer is Alice.

Daddy Warbucks will be played by Daren Miller. Joe Tokheim received the two roles of Radio Announcer and Bert Healy. Rooster will be played by Adam Spahr, while Lily will be played by Roxanne Grundmeier. Rounding out the cast are the extras: Dru Kenny, Travis Hoeppner, Chandler Woodke, Dillon Kunneke, Kris Alesch, and Austin Struchen.

Erin Wissink and Staci Hansen are the stage manager and the student director.

The performances of "Annie Jr." will take place Nov. 7-8, at the high school in Early. Saturday's performance is at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday's is at 2 p.m.. Cost is $5 for adults and $4 for students.
