Redenbaugh has been taking some wealth building classes and says individuals who have money maturing in a CD may want to look at real estate investing. He says real estate can offer a greater return and higher interest rate. He says clients can make a six percent return in two years. Redenbaugh received his real estate license in 2004 and broker's license in 2006.
