Mary Kay Schultes and Kiley Todd were united in marriage on July 15, 2000, at the Sacred Heart Church in Manning. Father James McAlpin officiated the 3 p.m. ceremony
Parents of the couple are Larry and Pat Schultes of Manning and Gail and Nancy Todd of Holstein. Grandparents of the bride are Dorothy Brouillette of Carroll and Loretta Schultes of Templeton. Grandparents of the groom are Don and Nellie Meyer of Sioux Rapids.
Lisa Schultes was the maid of honor and bridesmaids were Jennifer Schultes, Jodi Ramsey, Stacy Hey and Amy Croghan.
The best man was Kerby Todd. Groomsmen were Casey Trapp, Kyle Trapp, Jeremy Kerns and Matt Schultes. Mason Todd was the ring bearer.
Seating the guests were Jason Fick, Chad Hisler, Ryan Miller and Devin Schwiesow.
Following the ceremony, a reception and dance was held at the Legion Hall in Dedham. Hosts and hostesses were Leo and Jan Lappe of Carroll and Mike and Kelley Ellis of Holstein.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of Manning High School and a 1998 graduate of Morningside College in Sioux City with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Education. She is currently teaching at East High School in Sioux City.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of River Valley High School in Correctionville and a 1997 graduate of Buena Vista University in Storm Lake with a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Finance. He is currently employed at Security National Bank in Sioux City.
Following a honeymoon trip to Alaska, the couple are making their home in Sioux City.
