Storm Lake elementary school principal Juli Kwikkel has a unique opportunity for input in shaping education on two fronts.
She has been chosen as one of about 10 selected educators from around the state to meet with Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack Wednesday to privately review his proposals for education-related legislation. Secretary of Education Richard Riley will present her honor during an awards banquet in Washington Oct. 6.
