BVU to hold general education summer course

Buena Vista University will offer a three-credit General Education course for non-science majors this summer in Storm Lake.

"General Science, Physical" will be offered during the first summer session, which runs from June 9 through July 3.

The course explores the physical sciences, physics and chemistry, and will meet weekdays from 9-11:45 a.m. Summer tuition rates apply.

Tim Ehler, assistant professor of chemistry at BVU, will instruct the course. Ehler earned his bachelor's degree from Buena Vista University and his Ph.D. from the University of Wyoming. He is in his fourth year as a faculty member of the BVU science department.
