Buena Vista Regional Medical Center and Buena Vista University, in Partnership with CommUNITY Education are hosting the 2nd Annual Women's Day of Health and Wellness On February 15, from 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the Buena Vista University in the Siebens Forum.
Keynote speaker will be Rebecca Ruggles Radcliffe, National Speaker and Author of Women's Issues.
A few of the breakout sessions include Women and Alzheimer's, Hot Flashes, Hot Chocolate Sauce and Rippled Thighs: Body Image for Real Women, Estate Planning, Heredity and Cancer, How Women Fall into Addictions, Pilates, Thera Ball: Core Strengthening and Introduction to Yoga.
Pre-registration is required. Register by phone (732-5711), mail, or in person: (need your name, town and if you prefer a vegetarian lunch) to CommUNITY Education, 419 Lake Avenue, Storm Lake. Fee is $10 (to be paid at the door) which includes the conference, continental breakfast, luncheon, and canvas tote filled with helpful gifts.
