Well-known speaker and author to headline Women's Day of Health

Buena Vista Regional Medical Center and Buena Vista University, in Partnership with CommUNITY Education are hosting the 2nd Annual Women's Day of Health and Wellness On February 15, from 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at Buena Vista University in the Siebens Forum.

Keynote speaker will be Rebecca Ruggles Radcliffe; a nationally-known speaker and author on women's issues.

A few of the breakout sessions include:

Women and Alzheimer's; Hot Flashes; Hot Chocolate Sauce and Rippled Thighs: Body Image for Real Women; Estate Planning; Heredity and Cancer; How Women Fall into Addictions; Pilates; Thera Ball: Core Strengthening; and Introduction to Yoga.

Pre-Registration is required. Register by phone (732-5711) by mail or in person: (needed is your name, town and if you prefer a vegetarian lunch) to CommUNITY Education, 419 Lake Avenue, Storm Lake.

The fee is $10 per person (to be paid at the door) which includes the conference, continental breakfast, luncheon, and canvas tote filled with helpful gifts.
