Tornadoes bested by LeMars, Spencer
George Romualdo won both of his matches by pin, but it wasn't enough as Storm Lake dropped a pair of wrestling matches in a Lakes Conference double dual on Wednesday night at Tornado Fieldhouse.

Wagener won by decision 14-8 over LeMars' Ben Sitzmann and then pinned Spencer's Austin Glover in 21 seconds at 130 pounds.
Huffman won both of his matches by forfeit at 140 pounds.
Storm Lake's Michael Mast accounted for the other victory against LeMars. He won by forfeit at 103 pounds.
Storm Lake led 6-3 after two matches, but then LeMars won nine of the next 10 matches to go ahead 51-12.
Storm Lake won five matches in the dual against Spencer. Romualdo and Wagener each won by pin, and Huffman won by forfeit.
Adam Kelly posted a win by decision 9-7 over Sean McCloud at 125 pounds, while Austin Brown won by decision 2-1 over Tim Hurst at 152 pounds.
Storm Lake held a 9-0 lead after the first two matches, but Spencer would reel off eight consecutive wins to take a 45-9 lead.
"We seemed flat and seemed to hold back in the first meet," Storm Lake coach Ty Seaman said. "We were happy with the way the kids came back in the second meet. The kids wrestled hard and we won some close matches because we kept working for 6 minutes. We just hope to keep improving each time out."
Storm Lake wrestles in the Emmetsburg Invitational today.
