BVRMC Auxiliary kicks off Festival of Trees fundraiser

Tuesday, August 27, 2002

The Buena Vista Regional Medical Center Auxiliary's only fundraiser, Festival of Trees, is now in the planning stages.

The beautifully decorated Christmas trees and wreaths will be on display starting on or before November 3rd at area businesses. The Festival of Trees weekend kicks off Friday, November 22 with the Premier Gala. On Saturday starting at 9 a.m. the doors of the KC Hall swing open and invite you to a Christmas wonderland.

Festival of Trees is a spectacular holiday event for "children of all ages." Special events are planned throughout the Festival to delight young and old. Stroll through the forest of beautiful decorated trees and enjoy the splendor of the season. (Mark your calendar, admission is FREE to the Festival of Tree events Sat. Nov.23, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

Money raised from these events will be used towards the Resource Library within the Center for Women at BVRMC. The community's continuous support towards Festival of Trees makes these events possible and successful.

The Fundraiser project would not be possible without the support of the residents that reside in and around Buena Vista County. If you would be interested in making a financial contribution, level of giving has been established:
