Jail isn't the right option
TO THE EDITOR:
Perhaps all of the local foster parents should be thrown into jail, not just those specifically selected as Foster Parents of the Year. This may seem unfair, however, it could benefit society by eliminating possible criminal elements.
This makes about as much sense as unnecessarily harassing one thousand innocent female patients who happened to receive confidential pregnancy testing services at Planned Parenthood of Greater Iowa.
Neither option will restore the life of a precious infant, nor aid in the search of a killer.
