VERMILLION, S.D. - Paige Havens and Amy Wulfekuhler each collected a second-place finish, and a relay team took fifth to highlight Storm Lake's performance at the Midwest High School Championships indoor track and field meet on Saturday at the Dakota Dome in Vermillion, S.D.
Havens placed second out of 48 competitors in the 400 meters with a time of 1 minute, 2.67 seconds. Wulfekuhler leaped 16 feet, 5 inches to finish second out of 36 participants in the long jump.
