Tuesday, January 29, 2002

For something totally different than the usual flowers and candy, this Valentine's evening, people in the Fort Dodge area will be able to treat their special valentines to something truly special, an exciting, extraordinarily entertaining and delightfully delicious evening on February 14.

The excitement? Dine on a Spectacular gourmet meal complete with champagne and roses surrounded by the Blanden's art. The entertainment? None other than Jazz pianist Dan Knight. For those of you who have seen and heard Dan perform at the Blanden in the past, you know how entertaining this accomplished pianist can be and if you've never heard Mr. Knight before, now is your opportunity.

He's earned a worldwide reputation as an engaging person whose wit, personality and musicianship fills concert halls and jazz clubs alike. Calude Nobs, Artistic Director of the Montreux Jazz Festival says, "He is incontestably one of the finest solo pianists in the world."
