On the evening of Sunday, December 30, at approximately 10:55 p.m., the Storm Lake Police Department was dispatched to the Madrigal Night Club on East Railroad Street in reference to a fight in the parking lot.
Upon arrival of Police Officers they determined three subjects had caused a disturbance inside of the establishment and upon being asked to leave threatened the owner of the nightclub. The subjects were removed from the club by club employees and detained in the parking lot for Police.
Police arrested three subjects and took them into custody.
Police arrested Armando Jaimes-Martinez, 25 of Denison, and charged him with Harassment 3rd Degree and Disorderly Conduct. He was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on $650 cash bond.
Police arrested Fernando Jaimes-Martinez, 23, Denison, and charged him with Harassment 3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. He was booked into the County Jail on $975 cash bond.
Police arrested Guillermo Hernandez-Preciado, 28, Denison, and charged him with Harassment 3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct and Public intoxication. He was booked into the County Jail on $975 cash bond.
No injuries were reported.
