Arrival presents a rousing tribute to one of the most popular pop bands of all time. The largest and most respected Abba tribute band in the world, the group recreates the Abba concert experience with authenticity and authority, from the costumes to the stage sets to the harmonies. A cast of 12 features original ABBA musicians Finn Sjoberg (guitar) and Roger Palm (drums). Arrival has toured over 20 nations around the globe and is the only show in the world with exclusive rights to identically re-create exact versions of ABBA's original costumes.
The band started out in 1995 with only the basic performers. Everything is performed 100% live and the sound of ABBA is so identical that even ABBA knowers on Swedish national radio on an official testing announced Arrival's "Dancing Queen" as being ABBA.
Arrival recently received the exclusive permission to perform and record the unreleased ABBA track "Just a Notion", a permission directly approved by Björn and Benny of ABBA. The band will launch a European full scale tour this fall.
The area show is called "The Golden Tour" and they'll perform in original outfits, create a story around ABBA with the original musicians telling stories, to go with the hit songs.
