It's the fifth anniversary of celebrating Women in Denim and organizers promise the event will be bigger and better than ever!
The event is set for Jan. 23 and 24, at the Buena Vista University Forum in Storm Lake.
Keynote speaker and a Women in Denim favorite Kathy Peterson, will inspire and motivate participants with "Finding Happiness in the Craziness of Life". As the popular bumper sticker puts it "If Momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!" Being happy is one of the greatest gifts everyone can give themselves and those around. This inspirational and insightful presentation can help anyone accomplish this.
Special guest speaker will be Karley Claghorn, Deputy Secretary of Agriculture for the state of Iowa.
