Marketlink has awarded its 2007 Commitment to Excellence Award to Sherry Fischer, Trainer and Quality Assurance Representative, in the Storm Lake call center. This award goes to the person who "consistently strives and achieves excellence in their job to further Marketlink goals and continues to develop knowledge, skills and abilities to a successful
performance," according to Bob Beaman, Vice President/Operations.
"Sherry performs dual roles at Marketlink and performs great in both ," said Beaman. "She is a great team player, and we appreciate her dedication and loyalty to Marketlink."
Each year Marketlink presents awards to their staff employees for "Above and Beyond", "Commitment to Excellence", and "Most Positive Employee." The winners are chosen from nominations by their co-workers.
Another Commitment to Excellence award was presented to Lori Larsen and the Above and Beyond award was presented to Felicia Pinero, Most Positive Employee was awarded to Jodi Stevens, all from the corporate office in Des Moines.
Marketlink specializes in telephone-based solutions for the consumer and business markets through four Midwest call centers. The firm employs more than 300 phone representatives.
