Join us for this powerful film about a seven-year-old widow who finds herself shipped off by her family to a "widow's colony" in India where she must live out her life. This film was so controversial when it was made, that the film maker had to make it under cover. When the film was released there were death threats against her life. The film is beautiful and heart-breaking.
