After enjoying the sights and sounds of Miracle on Lake Avenue, come to the Witter Gallery and have a hot cup of wassail while you listen to the musical voices of "A Touch of Broadway" perform "A Color of Love" on Monday, Dec. 4. The Gallery's Annual Wassail Party will begin at 7 p.m. with the performance at 8 p.m. in addition to the live musical entertainment, wassail and delicious Christmas cookies, visitors will have the opportunity to view the exhibit of the Community Art Shows featuring over thirty area artists' best works. The show, Dec. 4-9, is sponsored by Security Trust and Savings Bank of Storm Lake. During the event, the Gallery will be conducting a Silent Auction of artwork. The items by local artists that are up for bid are:
* Marilyn Mittelstadt- porcelain bowl,
* Ron Netten- ceramic bowl,
* Connie Braunshweig- ceramic vase
* Dennis Dykema- Print of landscape.
* Also, two art books featuring a retrospective on Van Gogh and Monet are included.
