Panther Pitcher Ashley Langner had six strikeouts but gave up eight hits and walked five batters. According to Coach Courtney Berg, Langer was able pitch herself out of trouble to keep the team in the game.

"Ashley Langner did a great job on the mound for us. She struggled a few times but she was able to work her way out of jams and that proved to be one of the key factors in this game," Coach Berg explained.
